These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the BSR PROJECT website and participation in our wakeboarding training programs. By accessing our website and engaging with our content, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Payment and Subscription

All payments for our training programs are processed through FitR, our third-party software provider. When subscribing to a program, you will be redirected to FitR's platform, where you will complete the payment process. By making a payment, you agree to FitR’s Terms and Conditions, which govern billing, cancellations, and refunds.

BSR PROJECT does not directly handle payment processing, refunds, or billing disputes. Any issues related to these matters should be addressed directly with FitR.

3. Program Access and Subscription Terms

• Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the selected training program via the FitR platform.
• Subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless cancel in advance.
• No refunds will be issued once the payment for the current month has been processed.
• There is no minimum commitment; you may cancel your subscription at any time via your FitR account.
• The program may be modified, updated, or adjusted to improve performance and user experience.

4. Cancellation & Modifications

• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal.
• The program reserves the right to adjust pricing, modify training plans, or update terms with prior notice to users.

5. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically capable of participating in the training programs provided.
